Fear's reputation is worse than fear itself!
The mention of the word fear is enough to scare many. The phrase "Don't be afraid" instantly invokes fear. Like everything else, fear has a purpose. Fear is a natural response, but can also be harnessed and directed. Fear is necessary for our continued growth and evolution, might as well use it to our advantage. We can change our relationship with fear simply by changing our perspective and perception of it.
RELEASE WITHOUT RESENT
Release let it go with compassion and genuine gratitude for the experience triumphant or challenging. Holding resentment, won't allow you to graduate emotionally, mentally, or spiritually to the next level. You'll just repeat the experience and create the same pattern with a new set of people or within yourself.
CHALLENGE CODES
Each challenge holds coded within it what could be considered a divinely designed lesson, timing, and unique experience just for you. When it comes, take a moment to breathe, this way you have a moment to recognize it for what it is... another lesson plan. Now make a conscious choice in responding not a trigger default response. This way you'll move toward graduation swifter and minimize repeat negative emotions and behavior patterns.

There is paralyzing fear and motivating fear. motivating fear is necessary for our own growth and evolution. Paralytic fear keeps us stagnant and stuck, never able to reach beyond our comfort zones and past experiences or emotional trauma.
